OmniLink will exhaust all efforts to gain an understanding of your company’s
technical environment and culture. |

We will reach an agreement on the prototype candidate definition. |

We will strive to only submit highly qualified candidates. |

You can perform an evaluation of the OmniLink provided resource within the first
seven (7) days and if you do not feel that the OmniLink resource
meets the agreed upon requirements, OmniLink will find a replacement
resource and you will not be billed for up to forty (40) hours. |
